House With No Steps Charity Sports Lunch
Earlier this month Pulse Climbing had the pleasure of sponsoring the House With No Steps Charity Sports Lunch. The event was organised to help give kids with a disability the same opportunities to enjoy sport as everyone else by raising funds to set up sporting programs for kids with disabilities in mainstream clubs.
The lunch had over 170 attendees and had some awesome guest speakers including Jets captains Gema Simon & Nigel Boogaard, 6 time Paralympian Christie Dawes , Olympic runner Scott Westcott and Former Olympian Pat Scammell.
As a strong advocate for inclusive participation in climbing for people of all abilities and a provider through the Australian government funded National Disability Insurance Scheme Pulse Climbing was excited help this great cause and is partnering with the House With No Steps to get people with disabilities climbing regularly.
