Tour de Corde rocked!
Written by Chris Zaia, Head Route-setter @ Pulse Adamstown
Last weekend we had the pleasure of hosting round 4 of the 2018 Tour de Corde. It was the 2nd last round of this regional top rope competition organised and run by Sport Climbing NSW/ACT.
Tour de Corde is a great avenue for people of all fitness and experience levels to check out competition climbing in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment.
With around 70 competitors from across NSW and even one from as far away as South Australia, the competition was fierce but fun, like a grizzly bear who just wants a hug.
Team Pulse represented well, taking up plenty of podium places and giving the outsiders a run for their money, using the hometown advantage to its full potential.
Here’s a link to the results.
And here’s a link to our facebook photo pages, there’s a heap of photos of the competition and the podiums, so feel free to tag yourself or your friends in any photos!
